I have used Brad & Nationwide for both of my businesses for 20 years as well as for my home and auto insurance. Recently we had a house fire and Brad was on site within ten minutes of me calling him. He was extremely hands on and helpful with my fire claim and has consistently checked in on us to make sure things were moving forward the way they ought to. Brad has been my agent for over 20 years and with the level of service I receive from him, I wouldn't consider taking my business anywhere else. Working with Ana at McLane Insurance Agency has been absolutely the best insurance procurement experience I have ever had. She was thorough in researching my options, clear in her explanation of the differences in quotes, knowledgeable about options within policies, and extremely responsive via email and phone. Even if she didn't save me hundreds of dollars on my home owner's and car insurance policies (she did!), I would highly recommend McLane for the level of communication and transparency they displayed.

I was paying $200+ for years and I finally switched insurances and received a great quote from Ana. she is nice and great at what she does. She worked around my budget/ combing through policies to find the best one for me and she did. Best decision I’ve made.

Brittany was awesome each step of the way - from obtaining quotes, working with our mortgagor to swap homeowner policies, assisting us with some billing issues that came up through our auto carrier due to COVID and most recently by obtaining an insurance binder in a matter of minutes for a home reno we are having done. In addition to prompt, polite and helpful customer service, they obtained better homeowners and auto coverage for lower premiums. We shopped around before picking our insurance provider for home and auto. McLane Insurance found us the best deal by far, other's didn't even come close. So not only do we have the best deal around, but any time we need to reach out to someone, we receive a response almost immediately. Mary Lou was incredibly helpful! I had spent hours doing online quotes and not being sure what policies suited my needs but in half an hour Mary Lou talked me through my options and worked out a better deal than I'd seen anywhere online. I cannot recommend McLane enough.
